If we truly took on all of the uncertainties, all of the fears, all of the insecurities of the world: then we would be fully and truly lost. However, Gods word today reminds us that no matter how bad, no matter how lost, no matter how fearful we might be; He will protect us. He will be our fortress. He will be our ultimate place of safety. What else does this world have to offer that could ever replace the security that God offers us?
He is our God. We can always trust in him.
The uncertainties, the fears, the insecurities of the world will remain, but for those who trust in the Lord, his promise of safety in him is never removed. We can fully trust in him.
